Join the North West London Research Involvement Network
About the network
The North West London Research Involvement Network has been formed by the Imperial’s Patient Experience Research Centre (PERC) to bring together members of the North West London community to help develop, shape, inform and influence health research which is focused on the North West London community.
Primarily the group will inform research undertaken by the NIHR Imperial Biomedical Research Centre (Imperial BRC) which is a research partnership between Imperial College London and Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust which aims to translate scientific breakthroughs into new treatments, diagnostics (tests), and medical technologies for the benefit of patients, the public, and the health and care system.
As a member of this network you will have an opportunity to share your views, knowledge, and lived experience to inform and influence health research undertaken as part of the NIHR Imperial Biomedical Research Centre. This includes research relating to cancer, surgery, heart and lung conditions, dementia, mental health, diabetes, digestive disorders and more.
You can expect regular updates on research relevant to the North West London area, invitations to public events as well as the opportunity to share your views and experience via polls, surveys, discussion groups and workshops.
