Imperial College Academic Health Science Centre (AHSC) is a partnership between Imperial College London, The Institute of Cancer Research (ICR), Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust, Royal Brompton & Harefield NHS Foundation Trust and The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust. Established since 2007, the centre aims to use research and education to advance new ways of preventing and treating disease.
In this online event, part of a series of online events from the AHSC, you will hear from two experts working in the field of women's health.
Professor Robyn Norton: co-founder and Principal Director of The George Institute for Global Health, will talk about her work to address the burden of non-communicable diseases in women and the importance of a gendered approach to the collection and utilisation of health data.
Professor Dame Lesley Regan: Professor of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Imperial College London and Honorary Consultant in Gynaecology at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust, will discuss her work on gynaecology, miscarriage and pregnancy.
The webinar will be live and is open to all.
