Event Details
The Imperial College Academic Health Science Centre (AHSC) works to enhance the translation of research discoveries into improvements in human health. In this online event, part of a series of AHSC monthly seminars, two experts will talk about their research on detecting COVID-19 in the environment and how respiratory viruses like influenza and COVID-19 spread between people. The seminar is free and will be live and open to all.
Speakers include:
Professor Frank Kelly - Inaugural Humphrey Battcock Chair of Environment and Health, within the School of Public Health in a new global centre of air pollution research.
Professor Wendy Barclay - Head of Department of Infectious Disease at Imperial College London.
