Aim

Successful communication is key to effective healthcare. This project aims to investigate factors which influence how healthcare advice is given. By participating in the project, you can help provide insight into this area and inform future research projects.

Volunteer Criteria

You must be aged 18 or over to take part.

What will I be asked to do?

If you choose to participate, you will be asked to complete an online survey, which should take approximately 40 minutes to complete. In the survey, you will see pictures of different doctors and health advice which they are giving. Then you will be asked some questions about the doctors and the advice. You will also be asked to provide some demographic information from you, however no information which can be used to personally identify you will be collected.

When and where?

You can complete the survey online any time until 13th June 2021.

Will I get anything for taking part?

If you choose to take part, you will receive a £10 Amazon voucher as a reimbursement for your time. This will be emailed to you on completion of the survey.

I am glad I'm not the only one - I didn;t fiinish either! Both previous comments are my experience exactly.... utterly repetitive and far far longer than expected.

It even timed itself out in the end as I simply could not do it all in one go.

I endorse what Marney has written - I too tried to complete the survey and gave up after about 45 minutes :(

This takes considerably longer than 40 mins; I did it for about 40mins and am still only about 35% through it. I gave up as something so repetitive is not rewarding for such an extended period......
