An opportunity to share your experiences of living with or caring for someone living with multiple conditions.
We would like to talk to people about their experiences of living with, or caring for someone with, multiple long term conditions to gain an understanding of the challenges involved. We would also like to gain an insight into how this group of people feel their lives could be improved.
This workshop will form part of an ongoing programme of work undertaken by VOICE and the NIHR Innovation Observatory, to identify the key challenges of people who live with multiple conditions. It is hoped that by identifying these challenges, research and innovation can be developed to improve the lives of those living with multiple conditions and their carers.

You will be asked to take part in an interactive workshop. The workshop will explore:
No prior work is involved, but you will be asked to speak openly and honestly about your conditions in small groups.
The workshop will take place on Thursday 18th July, 1-4pm in the Invention rooms, Wood Lane near White City, London.
You will receive a £20 voucher for taking part and reasonable travel expenses will be reimbursed. Light refreshments will be provided.
