An opportunity to work with a leading passenger transport provider to help improve stations across the UK.
A transport provider would like to encourage customers to increase their use of Newcastle railway station and feel more comfortable when using the train station.
They would like to use computer generated images and animation to better understand the current customer experience with the view to improve the station based on feedback.
Members who take part will have the opportunity to voice concerns about the accessibility of Newcastle train station and to co-develop a tool which may be used to improve stations across the UK.
Feedback from these workshops will be used to explore how Newcastle station could be modified in order to make it more user-friendly for customers in the future.
This opportunity is open to anyone who does not currently use Newcastle train station and anyone who feels anxious and/or uncomfortable when using the station.
You will be asked to attend a workshop to and join a group discussion:
The workshop will take place at The Core, Bath Lane, Newcastle upon Tyne.
There are two possible dates to take part:
You will receive a £40 voucher for taking part and travel expenses can be reimbursed.
