Aim

People diagnosed with cancer can face a range of challenges, including totheir emotional health and well-being, with recovery often being agradual process.

In our final lunchtime seminar of our "summer series", two speakers from Imperial College London will be sharing their research insights into peoples' experiences of life after a cancer diagnosis, as well as two approaches to improving quality of life.

Talk 1 - 12:40-12:55

  • Anisha Ramessur (Dept. Surgery and Cancer) on 'Creating a personalised, curated box to help improve emotional coping strategies and well-being (Crush Box)'

Talk 2 - 13:00-13:15

These 15 minute talks will be followed by a short panel discussion.
