This is an opportunity to share your experiences of the different projects you have been involved in through VOICE.
Fundamentals of Developing Clinical Pathways in General Practice is a new student selected component (SSC) for MBBS 4th year medical students.
The aims are for students to continue to develop their clinical practice whilst also investigating the role of business, entrepreneurship and innovation within primary care settings. The students will be working on a project for 6 weeks with the aim of having a practical output.
The students receive one full day of teaching and spend time in practice.
The aim of VOICE members' involvement is to showcase to the students the opportunities that are available to them and other areas of research that are going on. The students will also be able to share the details of their project with VOICE members and receive input and alternative perspectives from them.
To take part you will have preferably been involved in a number of projects to be able to provide a wider perspective.
You will be asked to meet with three students to chat about the projects you have been involved with through VOICE, sharing your experiences and provide responses to questions from the students around their own project.
This will take 1 hour.
The meeting will take place on Monday 26th February, 10-11am or 2-3pm. Please specify the time(s) you are available when registering your interest.
It will take place at King's Gate, Newcastle University. You will be met in the reception area.
