Elders Council are partners in a research project with Northumbria University and Newcastle University. This is asking older people in North Tyneside and Newcastle about the impacts of home adaptations on their daily lives.

This could be anything from, but not limited to, grab rails in the bathroom, hand rails for the stairs, a ramp outside your property, electronic garage doors, to a wet room, stair lift or reconfiguration of your home.

If you have had an adaptation in the last 12 months and are interested in taking part, please contact [email protected] or call 0191 208 2706 for more information and an Expression of Interest form.
